To try to ease the pain of separation, Adam got Kennedy a new little Beta fish before he left for Iraq (good compromise considering she's been asking for a new "kitty"). Kennedy decided to name her "Sally," in honor of one of her very first friends--our cute little next-door neighbor from back in New Mexico. Sally was hilarious and fun...Kennedy couldn't get enough of her when we lived there (I really don't miss New Mexico, but I so miss that little military neighborhood).

I think this fish is more likely to die of overstimulation than boredom. Who ever heard of so many decorations for a fish tank?! hehe
