When I first found out that I was pregnant with a girl I was honestly kind of scared. I had fears of everything being purple and pink (which it is) and Barbies strewn all over our house(which they are) and had hideous visions of long tangled hair to be brushed and braided and kept under control... I've manage to avoid that last fear all together by keeping Kennedy's hair short. I'm afraid short hair can still look pretty insane, which is usually the case with my crazy Kennedy's hair. We're hoping you'll find it in your heart to forgive us though!

I forgive you. But that's coming from someone whose hair tells a story of continual lifetime disasters. Can I blame that on Mom?
